Hello neighbors! Each year, your PEHOA Board of Directors has three (3)
expiring membership terms to fill. This presents an opportunity for Association members to declare their interest in running for the Board, including the current members whose terms are expiring.
For the purpose of determining the candidates who are interested in running, we would like you to send your affirmative reply to the PEHOA email address (peachwood.hoa@gmail.com) by Friday April 18 or you may email your reply to John Amann, Nominating Committee Chair, at joamann@gmail.com. You do not have to let us know if you are not interested. Only one declarant per household is permitted to serve on the Board, by the rules of the Covenants and By-Laws of the Association.
Many of our neighbors have volunteered on the Board of Directors since its
inception and some have returned after a few years break. We feel this is a wonderful opportunity to become engaged in your neighborhood, to meet or reconnect with neighbors and most importantly, be involved in the decisions which influence the operations of your Homeowners Association. Would you please consider volunteering for a term?
The Board typically meets four (4) times a year and produces fun community-
wide events. Membership terms on the Board are for three (3) years. If you have any questions about the Board, you may email suzan.maher@verizon.net. We hope this is the year we get to meet and work with you. Thank you for your interest.
