Our Web Admin has been busy creating a new webpage for the PEHOA. We hope you take a few minutes to explore the features and content we provide!
The biggest difference you should notice is that information presented here is able to be updated by the Board much more easily than before. This means that there should be much less stale (and/or incorrect) information. We have also incorporated a community passcode that is used to ensure that not all of our information is available to the general public to read/collect. This helps protect our privacy. You should receive the passcode in your email.
You can now comment on posts and announcements, similar to how you’d interact with a social media site like Facebook. Our admin team (along with the automated tools our site now provides) will help ensure that any offensive or inappropriate content is properly moderated.
Coming soon as well will be the ability to use the new site as a place to pay and manage our annual HOA dues/assessments. We are in the process of researching the best (and most secure) online payment system as yet another option for you for annual dues payments.
