The Peachwood HOA Board would like to introduce John Amman, our newest Board member. John and wife Jody have lived in Peachwood 27 years and raised 2 kids here. John states how they “love the small town feel that comes from knowing your neighbors and looking out for each other.” John grew up in the area, going to Dematha High School and the University of Maryland. We welcome John to our Board and hope you will attend the next Board meeting to meet him and all of your HOA Board volunteers.
2024 ANNUAL PICNIC
The annual picnic and election of Board members is scheduled to take place on June 8th, 2024, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at the home of Suzan Maher. The address is 1012 Windmill Lane. All Association members and families are welcome to attend and we ask you to provide a side dish to share. The Board will provide a main course of hot dogs, hamburgers and a vegan alternative. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. Non-alcohol beverages will be provided. Children’s games and simple crafts will also be available.
The annual picnic is required by Association Covenants in order to provide members with a Status of the Budget; to announce the election of Board Members, and most importantly to meet you and your families and answer any questions you may have about the HOA.

Last years’ PEHOA annual Holiday Meet and Greet was well attended and an enjoyable event. Thank you to Allan and Marguerite Tom Wigfield for opening up their home last year. While it may be a bit early to plan now, we hope you will join us in 2024. The date and location of the 2024 Holiday Party will be provided in an upcoming newsletter
WHAT’S COMING UP NEXT? The next meeting of the Peachwood Board is scheduled for Tuesday, March 19 at 7:00PM at the home of Suzan Maher – 1012 Windmill Lane. Topics may include, but are not limited to: 1) Status of proposed revisions to By-Laws, Covenants and ARC documents, 2) the issue of rain runoff in driveways, 3) expiring Board member’s terms and election protocols for new Board members and 4) the upcoming 2024 annual picnic. Join us and let us know of any issues you would like to discuss with the board.
